04/04/06. Diario Malaga. SANDO PRESENTS IN SIMA ITS STRONG REAL ESTATE OFFER

Sando Real Estate, the division of real estate promotion of Grupo Sando, will be one of the main newcomers at the Madrid Real Estate Show, SIMA, held from the 4th to the 8th April. The company will be represented at a 500 m2 stand where it will present its residential offer, one of the most complete and varies on the market. Sando Real Estate is present for the first time at the Madrid show at a time of special relevance in its history, which has shown a growth of 110% in its volume of business in 2005 compared to the previous year. In absolute terms, its sales amounted to 102 million.
Currently the company has a land portfolio of over 2.5 million m2 of buildings distributed between Madrid, Andalusia, Murcia y Castilla-La Mancha. This will allow the company to continue its extraordinary projection, which can be appreciated in the number of houses started, which in 2004 was 181, in 2005 534 and in 2006 will be over a thousand, of which five hundred will be built in Madrid.
Its presence at SIMA coincides with the start of the internationalisation of Sando, which at the end of 2005 founded the subsidiary company Sando Real Estate Polska.
