Chairman of the EFE Agency, José Antonio Vera, and Esther Sánchez, Managing Director of the Sando Fundación, renew their agreement
The EFE Agency and Sando Fundación have once again signed a collaboration agreement this year to train Journalism students who intend specialising in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
Chairman of the EFE Agency, José Antonio Vera, and managing director of the Sando Fundación, Esther Sánchez, have today at mid-day signed the agreement to renew their collaboration at the Sando offices in Malaga. This agreement first began in 2011 and has been renewed on a yearly basis ever since.
During the course of this year, there will be two grants made available for practical studies. The first of these grants will be for a period of five months and studies will take place at the local offices of the EFE Agency in Seville. The second grant will be for a period of four months and will take place at the EFE Agency offices in Malaga.
Sando Fundación is keen to carry on renewing this agreement to enable Journalism students to undertake practical studies as part of their career training in issues which are fundamental for increasing awareness in society, such as Corporate Social Responsibility. The aim of this initiative is also to spread awareness and make more information available with regard to CSR issues in Andalusia.
Students undertaking their final two years of studies for a Degree in Journalism at the Universities of Seville and Malaga are able to apply, provided they meet specific requirements as set out in the selection process.
Sando Fundación is a non-profit organization which is primarily dedicated to organising, sponsoring and collaborating in projects relating to occupational risk prevention, labour, social and cultural integration of marginalized groups through culture, sport and research.
