Grupo Sando has destined 97 million euros to the purchase of almost 175,000 square metres of land that have been awarded to it in Warsaw, those corresponding to the old bus station of the city. There it has acquired another 57,000 square metres. In total, the company will develop 1,400 houses on this land, along with a shopping area of 33,000 metres and another for 8,400 offices. The real estate division of the construction company has spent 150 million euros on purchasing land in Poland during 2006, which will allow it to construct 2.600 houses, with an investment of 700 million euros.
