Sando Construcción will begin the urban development of sector 4 in the municipality of Tórtola de Henares, in Guadalajara, once the works have been signed off. The ceremony took place in the Town Hall of Tórtola de Henares en the presence of the mayor, Martín Vicente Vicente Vicente; the executive chairman of Sando, Luis Sánchez Manzano; the managing director of Pulsar Properties, José María Alaña Arrinda; and members of the municipal corporation and designers.
The developer, Pulsar Properties, has awarded Sando Construcción the contract to build the new Pulsar Logistic Park Tórtola. The development will occupy a gross area of 569,000 square metres and has a budget of 12.4 million euros.
This new area has been designed to house large-scale logistics platforms, accounting for 436,138 m² of land, 61,000 m² of green areas and 42,000 m² of Roads.
Construction of the development
This project includes the construction of the rainwater and sewage outfalls, that are connected to the municipal network, as well as the construction of the drinking water supply adduction pipeline. This will connect the municipal supply tank to a new 1,600 m3 regulating tank, also newly built.
The urbanisation project includes sanitation, sewerage, street lighting and water supply services, street furniture and landscaping. For the electricity supply of the future logistics park, two independent connections are planned, which will supply electricity at a nominal service voltage of 20 kV.
Pulsar Logistic Park Tórtola is located 8 minutes from the city of Guadalajara. It has direct access to the R-2 and A-2 motorways (exits 61 and 58) and the CM-1003 regional road to Jadraque.
