Sando diversifies into wireless technology and takes 24.5% of AT4

Grupo Sando has entered the telecommunications industry by acquiring 24.5% of AT4 Wireless, formerly Cetecom. The operation was done through a capital increase by which the construction company paid €3.4 million. Grupo Sando’s participation was completed with the acquisition of a block of shares from IDEA. Thus, the company’s total investment amounts to 6 million euros.
