The company employs a robot to standardize the documentation provided by subcontractors and detect possible frauds.
Sando´s group of companies has implemented an automated procedure to prevent subcontractors that work with Sando in the building of infrastructure to introduce falsified information.
The new tool allows us to normalize the entire documentation provided by subcontractors independently of the area in which the works are executed and the people involved in the process.
This change in Sando´s organisational model resulted in the incorporation of new operating procedures and a computer tool developed along with a specialized company.
The system relies on a robotic process ARP (Automatic Robotic Process) that prevents counterfeiting. This automated process allows the interaction with the Public Administration through the use of digital certificates, preventing the manipulation of documentation and, as a consequence, counterfeiting and fraud.
Through this technology the company can access in real time the information of all the workers who are in Sando´s works through a subcontract, both data from the social security health system as their skills and training to perform the designated works.
The implementation of this tool involves eliminating part of the printed paper in the works, with the savings in time and space that this entails, as well as the environmental impact. This project is part of the digital transformation and policies strategy of the company on quality and safety and health of Sando in search of excellence.
