The construction company is to build laboratories in Granada and a school in Estepona, Malaga
Sando Construccións has been awarded two infrastructural developments in Andalucia. Specifically, it will undertake the construction of the Vircell laboratories at the Granada Campus de la Salud and the Juan XXIII School in Estepona, Malaga.
The first of the buildings, covering an area of 5,135.14 metres squared, will consist of seven floors, including three basement levels, housing diagnostic and research laboratories along with areas allocated for administrative functions. The façade of the Vircell Laboratories will be constructed using glass, aluminium and concrete. The budget for this project will be 3.4 million Euros plus VAT.
In addition, Sando is to build the Juan XXIII School, part of the Fundación Diocesana de Enseñanza Santa María de la Victoria, which will have two floors, plus one below ground, making up a total of 4,162.84 metres squared. Sando will implement the first phase of the project which includes the Pre-School and Primary facilities as well as the outdoor areas. The total budget amounts to 4,083,871.28€ plus VAT.
