The company is exhibiting at Barcelona real estate fair with a varied offer of homes in Catalonia
Through Sando Inmobiliaria, the Sando Group will be present this year with its own stand for the first time at Barcelona Meeting Point (BMP). The company will offer a free mortgage for the first year to all clients deciding to purchase or reserve a home at the fair.
Sando Inmobiliaria will be presenting the different residential offers it is developing in Catalonia at the fair: the Olesa Centre building in Olesa de Montserrat, near the mountain; El Centre de la Vila in Premià de Dalt, on the coast near Barcelona, with a modern design and wonderful views; El Mirador de Sant Joan, in Sant Joan Despí, which is just five minutes from Barcelona city centre; L’Illa Paulina, a development in Polinyà, en el Vallès Occidental; and Blau Cel, a new development in Terrassa consisting of homes with large terraces and green areas.
It will also be offering the chance to purchase homes in the two developments currently under way in Warsaw: Sansara (in the district of Bemowo) and Alanda (district of Mokotów)
