The company will offer properties in Madrid from 169,000 Euros
The property division of Sando will once again be participating in this year’s edition of SIMA, Salón Inmobilario de Madrid, with a complete range of promotions in Spain and Poland, offering discounts of up to 20% on the purchase of new homes.
Sando Inmobiliaria, one of the principal property developers in the country has designed a commercial campaign for SIMA including discounts of up to 20% on selected properties. This is an exclusive offer for clients acquiring a home during the Salón Inmobiliario, from the 8th to 12th of April.
The company will participate in SIMA with a total of eighteen promotions in Madrid, Andalucia, the Community of Valencia and Warsaw. Eight of these promotions are located in the capital, while six are located in Andalucia, one in Alicante and three in Warsaw.
Sando Inmobiliaria currently has a variety of promotions available in Madrid with characteristics and locations to appeal to a wide range of clients. These properties are located in the areas of Ayala, Conde de Casal, Ensanche de Vallecas, Villaverde, Las Rozas, Corredor del Henares, Pinto and Parla. Sando is offering special discounts during SIMA with prices ranging from 169,000 Euros in Villaverde or 243,000 Euros in Ensanche de Vallecas.
In Andalucia, properties are available in exclusive enclaves on the Costa del Sol: Sotogrande, Mijas Costa, Torre del Mar, Playas de Valleniza, Cala de Mijas or Benahavís. In the Community of Valencia, the promotion is located in Villajoyosa, Alicante.
In Eastern Europe, where Sando is planning to develop 5,600 units, three projects are also currently on offer in Warsaw: Sansara, in the district of Bemowo, the Alanda Residence in the Mokotów district and Vermera, in Ochota.
