Autodesk, developer of AutoCad, has selected Sando to present their construction design software on-line
From 11 a.m. to noon tomorrow, Sando will offer an on-line conference (webcast) of the solutions for topography, landscaping, linear project design and environmental engineering integrated in the AutoCAD Civil 3D program.
José Antonio Pacheco, head of the Technical Office and Topography department of Sando Construcciones in Seville, will explain, based on his own professional experience, how to take maximum advantage of the most widely used design program in the world. The conference offered by Sando can be viewed live through the Autodesk website.
Over 30 years ago, AutoCad revolutionised computer-assisted design, and has become the leading software among engineers, architects, industrial designers and topographers.
Since 2007, Sando’s Technical Office and Topography department has used the Civil3D program, which, according to Autodesk, is the BIM (Building Information Modelling) solution for civil engineering design and documentation. Civil3D was designed for civil engineers, draughters, designers and technicians working on transportation, hydraulic and urban design projects.
This tool enhances department coordination, allows the exploration of different design options, analysis of project performance optimisation of project documentation and quality within the AutoCad program.
Sando boasts one of the most advanced and professional topography departments in the country, designing its own training plans for this type of program, including an internal online training platform.
Sando is an international company with a proven track record of technical expertise and financial solvency, making it a leader in the civil construction sector.
