The Seville offices of the Sando Group will inaugurate its new offices in the tallest building of Seville in January
On the 3rd of January, the Seville office of the Sando Group will begin a new phase in the Aljarafe Center. The company will occupy two floors in one of the two towers of the Mairena del Aljarafe, the tallest in the city and part of the new and modern complex housing the Mairena transfer station built by Sando.
This change represents a new impetus for growth in the province of Seville, where Sando is one of the largest companies in the construction and services sector. The huge Aljarafe Center project is a public-private initiative, unique in Andalucia, which has changed the landscape of Mairena del Aljarafe and will be solely operated by Sando for the next forty years.
The Aljafare Center project, which recently became the new home of the Mairena City Council, is structured around a transfer station combining a Metro station, bus services, taxis and a three-storey underground parking complex with a capacity of 1,500 cars.
Above the transfer station, Sando constructed a large public square of over 16,000 m2 incorporating a two-storey commercial and recreation centre with Retail outlets and restaurants. Facing the commercial centre are the two striking 15-storey towers.
One of the towers, where the Sando offices will be located, will serve as a business centre while the other will be adapted for use as a four-star hotel with 119 rooms, operated by the Husa chain. The towers are connected at the first two floors of the complex, an area to be occupied by a public library.
The first floor of the parking facility, with 400 spaces, and the transfer station will be publicly operated while Sando will operate two floors of the parking facility, the commercial and recreation centre and the tower complex for a period of forty years.
The office building where Sando will move on the 3rd of January currently has 80% occupancy. Sando’s new offices are located on the third and fourth floors of the Sando Building of the Aljarafe Center in the Plaza de las Naciones.
