The company Grupo Sando is in possession of more than 55,700 m2 of buildable land in the city of Murcia.
Sanma Inmobiliaria, a company that belongs to Grupo Sando, has recently acquired more than 55,700 metres of buildable land in the city of Murcia. This land will be used for a property development called Nueva Condomina. This action will involve an investment of more than €121 million over the next four years. €50 million of this amount has already been committed.
With this acquisition, Grupo Sando becomes one of the top developers in the Region of Murcia, as this is one of the area’s most prestigious projects. Nueva Condomina will include a large number of new installations and facilities, including Real Murcia’s new football stadium, the largest shopping centre in the region, a conference centre, a business park and an 18-hole golf course, which will make its 3,700 homes unique places to live.
With this investment, Grupo Sando consolidates its presence on the east coast of Spain, as this is an important step forward in its expansion in the property sector throughout the country. The Nueva Condomina project is the first stage of the Group’s strategy for growth in the property industry, which is based on the acquisition of land for later building.
Currently, Sanma Inmobiliaria represents one of the Group’s most important areas of activity. The growth in Sando’s overall volume of business through expansion projects, such as that represented by its property company, is based to a large extent on the skills and training of its workforce, which is currently made up of nearly 1,200 professionals.
In this regard, Grupo Sando has managed to achieve more than thirty years of continual growth and diversification, creating a self-sufficient company structure throughout the construction process, which has made it a major company at a national level within its field of activity.
