The project “Intervention in Millennium Square and surroundings in Valladolid” consists in building an underground public car park in Valladolid and the subsequent urbanisation of the square where it will be built. Above the parking zones, the architects have designed a unique multi-functional building in the form of a dome, made out of recycled materials from the Sed Pavilion situated at the Expo in Zaragoza. Surrounding the dome are wide public spaces with fountains and vegetation which connect to the banks of the river Pisuerga.
