The President of the Government points out in the opening of the High speed line that this modernization of the Railway system makes Spain “more competitive and modern”.
Zapatero had words of praise for the president of the Junta, Manuel Chaves, for the modernization work carried out in Andalusia, which “is growing above the national average, economically”.
