Buildings of the Seville Urban Planning Department

Maintenance service for the buildings and installations owned by the Seville City Council’s Urban Planning Department (GMU).

Contracting authority: Seville City Council Urban Planning Department

The purpose of the service is to carry out preventive and corrective maintenance, mainly during operating hours, to ensure that the buildings of the Seville Urban Planning Department are in optimum conditions of habitability, efficiency and performance at all times. This contract covers the main headquarters in La Cartuja, seven industrial buildings and three premises. The company carries out general overhauls during the year following the General Maintenance Plan.
