Althenia Sando has carried out, as part of the service conservation of the green spaces of Coslada, an inventory and mapping exercise of all the trees located in the municipality of Coslada and has made it available to the public through a computer application. The app includes replacing trees, planting new trees, geolocating municipal trees, and providing information on the trees in the city’s streets, squares, and parks.
For each tree, an information sheet has been drawn up, including data such as the scientific name, common name and relative age. The current tree population of the city of Coslada is very abundant, with more than 15,000 units in urban areas and more than 40,000 units in forest parks.
