Development of the Partial Plan for the SUP.LO.2 “El Pato” sector
The El Pato sector project involves constructing a 68-hectare development and seven green spaces, including the 51,000-square-metre Parque Litoral.
In the construction of the development, lanes with medians, pavements, car parks or the marking of roads in a grid is carried out. Also being developed are actions aimed at efficient water management with rainwater collectors and sanitation and drinking water distribution systems, such as a sanitation network comprising 21,000 metres of piping of different thicknesses and materials.
As well as to ensure the necessary infrastructures and systems to cover the needs of the residents in the urbanisation, such as the installation of public lighting under energy efficiency criteria, gas or medium and low voltage telephony.
