Althenia has been providing the service of conservation, maintenance and improvement of public green spaces of the 288.711 m2 of Vélez-Málaga since 2013. The staff comprises an average of 44 workers, who carry out various functions such as watering, tree pruning, trimming and phytosanitary treatments.

To carry out the work in the green spaces of Velez-Malaga, there are motor hoes, lawnmowers, blowers, mowers, chainsaws, shredders, vans, porters, dump trucks, rear-loading collection lorries and a basket lorry.
