The Alpedrete Health Centre doubles its surface area with this intervention by Sando, taking it to 1,920 square metres, of which 1,376 correspond to a new floor and 544 to a refurbished surface area.

The works for the Health Centre in Alpedrete consist of the interior demolition of the existing building, part of the concrete skin façade of the perimeter and a new building with two storeys above ground and a flat roof with a 30-centimetre reticular slab structure and brick masonry envelope and partitions. The new family doctor’s surgeries and two paediatrician’s surgeries, emergency areas, treatment room, emergency service and birth preparation room, and other facilities are planned for the centre.
