The project of the new Mayoral order centre consists of the rehabilitation of an old warehouse (Intelhorce) with an Architectural-I protection grade of 25,500 m2 Structural repair of all concrete elements damaged by reinforcement corrosion and a new high planimetry floor for implementing robotic storage systems. The roof of the building is made of extruded polystyrene Teznocuber sandwich panels with a natural zinc-titanium sheet roof.

The new Mayoral order centre is a large industrial complex that has received numerous awards. These include a special mention in the 2020 Awards of the Malaga College of Architects and a nomination for the 2019 Mies van der Rohe Awards. These logistics facilities are located next to the warehouses of the new order centre, also built by Sando.
