The Palladium Hotel Costa del Sol project involves refurbishing an existing building in Benalmádena to create a renovated hotel with more than 330 rooms, suites, and spaces adapted for state-of-the-art spa treatments, swimming pools, etc.

The Palladium Hotel Costa del Sol building is located on the beachfront, being isolated with no party walls with other buildings and unevenness between the street area and the promenade. This project includes constructing a building with 11 levels plus the access floor to the beach and a parking block with 4 levels
