Construction of warehouses for Porcelanosa

Contracting authority: Porcelanosa

This project comprises executing the new Porcelanosa facilities in Malaga The foundations of the halls are made with 3,100 ml of piles and pile driving, pile caps and bracing slabs to support a steel structure weighing 477,700 kg

The two warehouses of Porcelanosa’s new facilities, Exhibition and Warehouse, occupy 2,500 m2 each and are in addition to the 11,000 m2 of exterior development. The deck type is covered with heat-welded TPO foil and induction fixings. The main façade features a curtain wall with a 5.5 metre-high glass chamber.
