The project comprises constructing Porcelanosa’s new facilities in Albacete, in the Campollano industrial estate, on a plot of 11,100 square metres and an existing warehouse of some 5,500 square metres. The project consists of constructing a new sales and exhibition centre for Porcelanosa.
To build the new premises for this sales centre, Sando first demolished part of the existing industrial building on the site.
Subsequently, it erected a new volume of some 2,400 square metres.
The ground was poured and improved during construction to provide a foundation with cyclopean concrete shafts and shallow footings. The structure has been completed with prefabricated concrete sheets, insulation, partitioning, building installations, voltage, air conditioning and roofing panels Likewise, all the facilities are equipped with air conditioning, home automation, and medium and low-voltage installation.
Domotics and avant-garde finishes for Porcelanosa’s new installations
In executing the project, the showroom has been equipped with home automation and an avant-garde design with specific finishes in line with the hallmarks of identity and quality of the Porcelanosa brand, a benchmark company in the national and international market.
In addition to Porcelanosa’s new facilities in Albacete, Sando has previously constructed the sales and exhibition centre in Malaga, which has an exhibition space of 2,500 square metres.
