The road surface rehabilitation project on the TF-1 road of interest covers the section between K.P. 59+500 to K.P. 76+300. The process is carried out in several phases
Firstly, milling the existing one, which is in poor condition, with a variable thickness (depending on the study carried out through deflections)
Secondly, to rehabilitate the TF-1 road surface, Conacon Sando applies one or more layers, depending on the degree of deterioration. Finally, the wearing course is made of a discontinuous draining mix. A hot recycled asphalt mix is also used on the hard shoulder.
