Renovation of the Sánchez-Pizjuán Stadium in Seville
Reform the West “Preferential” Sector of the Ramón Sánchez-Pizjuán Stadium.
The refurbishment of the Sánchez-Pizjuan Stadium consists of refurbishing the stadium’s Preference area to adapt it to the needs of UEFA on the occasion of the EUROPA LEAGUE Final taking place in 2021.
The refurbishment focuses on the refurbishment and renovation of spaces on each of the stadium’s floors and transit areas.
Thus, on the ground floor, actions such as adapting all the access doors to the stadium, creating new ticket offices, or refurbishing the new ground floor reception are being carried out. Meanwhile, on the mezzanine floor, work is being carried out on the new press room and creating the latest anti-doping room
The old offices, TV studio and club radio were removed on the second and third floors, and the new VIP areas were built. These refurbishments give the spaces a renewed and avant-garde image. In addition, on the third floor, a space is reserved for the meeting room and the offices of the board of directors.
The fourth floor is being fitted out to house the club’s new offices and upgrade the entire data network for the press booths on the cornice and the grandstand area where the press desks are located.
To refurbish and renovate all the areas where people pass through the stadium up to the stands, Sando is carrying out renovations to the Sánchez-Pizjuan Stadium, such as the renovation of the cladding and the incorporation of new fire doors in the evacuation routes. In addition, 6 new lifts are also being installed to connect all the priority floors, from the ground floor to the cornice, including the forecourt area.
