Urban development of the first phase of the PERI SUNC-R-R.5. Martiricos and external connections.

Contracting authority: Medina Space

The aim of the Urbanización Martiricos project is the redevelopment of the SUNC-R-R area.5 “Martiricos” Sector and Zone 2 of the Addendum to the Urban Development Agreement, belonging to the municipality of Malaga. To this end, the necessary actions are defined to connect with existing services. The industrial facilities of Citesa are dismantled for residential and tertiary use. The area is provided with urban and environmental quality, including qualified green spaces, pedestrian areas, cycle lanes, water features, shaded areas, etc.
