Complete refurbishment of a 12-storey office building, built in the 1960s, of enormous architectural and urban value. . The Velázquez Building has a floor area of 699.39 m2 per floor, making a total of 8,638.50 m2 The refurbishment consists of the demolition of the façade and roof to build a curtain wall, with the renovation of all the installations and adaptation to the regulations of the Technical Building Code.
