Sando will initiate the Family Plan of the Adecco Foundation to help in the social and professional integration of handicapped family members of Sando personnel.
The Sando Fundación will be orient all of the company’s actions in the area of corporate social responsibility.
Sando and the Adecco Foundation reached a partnership agreement this morning to carry out actions to promote the employment of handicapped people within the framework of Sando’s corporate social responsibility policy.
The agreement will initially carry out the Family Plan to socially benefit the handicapped family members of Sando employees. Through the Adecco Foundation, those people who benefit from the program will have the opportunity to enhance their skills, abilities and competencies in order to successfully join the professional world. This type of action is oriented towards the Sando’s employees and their families, meeting a double objective: to improve the social and professional life of people with disabilities through the support of Sando, raising awareness of company stakeholders in this area; and to promote the loyalty and improve the family life of Sando employees.
In addition to the Family Plan, the company will also carry out a range of actions designed to promote the social and professional integration of disabled people. To this end, the Adecco Foundation is developing specific plans for companies, identifying and orienting company activities with the social needs of people suffering from disabilities. In pursuit of this goal, Francisco Mesonero, General Director of the Adecco Foundation and Sando Director Esther Sánchez Manzano, have signed a partnership agreement in order to enhance the Foundation’s actions in this area.
