Fuengirola Sewage Treatment Plant

Drafting of project and execution of the works of enlargement and remodelling of the Fuengirola (Malaga) sewage treatment plant, Integral sanitation plan of the Costa del Sol.

  • Description: The enlargement achieves the tertiary treatment for its reuse, and average daily flow of water of 6,000 m3. The water line has a pre-treatment building four refining lines, three sand-grease removers, two new primary decanting tanks and four secondary decanting tanks; the sludge line, with two installations for active sludge recirculation; treated water pumping has a storage tank of 10,000 m3 of capacity with water for tertiary treatment.
